All jewellery will be shipped within 1 to 2 months after ordering. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout, or in case of international shipping, communicated through email. If we are unable to send a package to you via our website please contact us at charlotte@studioorban.be for customised shipping information. All orders will be provided with a tracking number. For atelier pickups you will receive an email within 2 to 4 weeks after your order is placed when it's ready to be picked up.
Your order will be delivered to your home adress. All orders are traceable through the tracking number. Please note that the delivery to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Since every order is made to size we cannot cancel any orders after they have been placed. We also cannot accept any returns for customer convenience.
Please note that we will not be able to accept any refunds in the event that an order is returned without contacting us. For any further information about returning a product please contact us at charlotte@studioorban.be.
Are there pieces available in solid gold?
Yes, every piece is available in other materials on request only.

Why does my silver jewellery change colour?
Silver has the tendency to naturally oxidize. This oxidation very dependant on the pH values of your skin. You can always try to clean your own jewellery using a silver polish cloth or dishwashing liquids. In any case we do provide a cleaning service on appointment.
How should I get my finger sized?
The ring sizes are in European size units and they can be measured at any jewellery retailer. You can also look online for a size converter or book a studio appointment to get your ring size measured with us.
